With sustainability being front of mind, many of the storage tanks were able to be recycled to ensure there was a minimal waste, and sufficient capacity for the rainwater harvested from the large catchment areas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project was a huge success. Despite being at the end of the rainy session, the property was able to harvest more than 150,000 litres of rainwater. Furthermore, upon chemical analysis, it was determined that the harvested rainwater had better parameters than the wellwater. Rainwater is now being used throughout all of their processes and services, and they are operating from a place of abundance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In their system, three smart, simple products were specifically chosen to facilitate the collection of an abundance of clean water.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leaf Eater Commercial<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maelstrom Filter<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Flap Valves<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>The finer details of the systems<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some extra information about the products chosen for these systems:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Leaf Eater Commercial<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Leaf Eater Commercial Rain Head is a robust rain head designed specifically for large-scale and commercial buildings. They are built to handle huge volumes of water, to the tune of 20 litres per second. Easy to install, and even easier to maintain &#8211; the angled mesh screen ensures leaves, debris, and mosquitos are kept out of the rain harvesting system.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Maelstrom Filter<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Maelstrom Filter&#8217;s advanced design combines super-fine filtration and super-high water catchment efficiency to capture massive amounts of water while removing ultra-fine particles down to 180 microns.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Flap Valves<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An important tool that ensures rain harvesting systems can handle high water flows and stay oxygenated.
